Very interesting art. These are metal flowers, the artist is turning old metal car panels into new metal petals! What a cool and unique way to re-use that old car! It's all welded together with leaves and a stem with the details of a gardner. The artist is from Finland and has been making these for quite some time. He also does custom orders.
