Thank you for considering Misty Mountain for your project. We emphasize quality construction, materials, and finish. All of our handcrafted furniture is made by hand right here in Sandpoint Idaho. We also proudly represent a few hand selected craftsmen to expand your choices.
If the item you choose is not in inventory (we carry a small inventory), we will build it which takes 6-12 weeks to accomplish. At times, we may need more time to finish the work and get it to you. If that happens you will be notified right away. We do promise, it’s worth the wait!
Residential use warranty:
Misty Mountain’s lifetime warranty covers all craftsmanship defects and material defects under normal usage to the original purchaser.
In some instances “Checking” or cracking is inherent to this type of wood. Checking adds to the unique quality of each piece. However, if a naturally occurring check renders a piece structurally unsafe or unusable, Misty Mountain will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Misty Mountain reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a piece is unsafe or unusable.
Misty Mountain’s warranty excludes all shipping costs under normal conditions. If the situation warrants, under Misty Mountain’s discretion, we will pay the return shipping back to the customer.
